- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup shelled edamame (cooked)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice and edamame.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture.
- Toss to combine evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
- Serve warm or cold.
