  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup shelled edamame (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice and edamame.
  • Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture.
  • Toss to combine evenly.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
  • Serve warm or cold.
