Tofu Scramble with Veggies

- 200g firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft.
- Add crumbled tofu and turmeric; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in nutritional yeast; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook an additional 2-3 minutes and serve warm.
